What matters afterwards is where the money goes: VAT collected posts to its own liability account, not into revenue. That means the amount you owe is visible on the Balance Sheet at any moment, and the figure you file from is the figure the ledger holds. A large team, paid correctly
Staff clock in by face recognition, passcode, or a biometric terminal — ZKTeco, eSSL, Realtime and other push devices connect directly, with no extra vendor cloud fee. Payroll then works out base pay from days present, service and product commission, tips, overtime and late rules, advances, and staff loans with automatic instalment recovery, and issues payslips. Cards, cash and split payments
A single ticket can be settled across cash, card and bank, and each tender is recorded separately at the moment of sale. That is what makes the nightly day-close reconcile the drawer properly instead of drifting, and it is what makes bank reconciliation possible at all.
Billing that survives an outage
If the connection drops, the counter keeps running: tickets are written to the device and queue for automatic sync the moment the line returns. Nothing is lost and nobody reaches for a paper pad.
Booking and client marketing
A round-the-clock online booking page with automatic confirmations, a master calendar per stylist or therapist, full client visit history, loyalty points, gift cards, memberships and prepaid packages — plus bulk WhatsApp reminders and campaigns you can target by service history, spend or last-visit date.
