Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TressyPOS (developed by AsanWebs), we want to ensure you have the best experience running your beauty salon, barbershop, or spa. This Refund and Cancellation Policy details the guidelines regarding subscription cancellations, software license renewals, and refund eligibility.

1. Our 30-Day Free Trial Policy

To ensure that TressyPOS perfectly matches your salon's daily workflow, we offer a **30-Day Unlimited Free Trial** on all our standard plans (Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly plans):

  • Full Access: During this trial period, you have 100% access to all premium features, including the Offline point-of-sale engine, AI biometric face attendance module, and custom WhatsApp automation setup.
  • No Commitment: No credit card or billing configuration is required to initiate your trial. You can fully test the software before making any financial commitment.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel your active TressyPOS licensing plan at any time through your master dashboard or by emailing our support team:

  • Active Until Expiry: Upon cancellation, your software license will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly, 6-month, or yearly).
  • No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any termination or cancellation fees.
  • Data Retention (Offline-First Benefit): Since TressyPOS operates on a decentralized, local-first engine, even if you cancel your cloud synchronization plan, your core transactional data remains safely stored on your local computer. However, cloud backups and multi-branch dashboard synchronization will be deactivated upon license expiry.

3. Refund Policy Guidelines

Because of our generous and unrestricted 30-day free trial, which allows salon owners to thoroughly evaluate our platform's performance on their local hardware, we maintain the following refund terms:

  • General Subscriptions: All payments processed through our authorized merchants (Paddle or Stripe) after the 30-day trial period has expired are generally non-refundable.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that exceptional technical anomalies can occur. Refund requests will be reviewed and may be processed under the following specific conditions:
    • If duplicate charges occur due to a system billing error.
    • If a catastrophic software bug prevents the application from operating on your local system, and our dedicated technical support engineers are unable to resolve it within 7 business days of written notification.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: For users who commit to our 1-Year Plan, refund requests submitted within **14 days** of the initial payment transition may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative review.
