Welcome to TressyPOS. By downloading, accessing, or using our software applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use and Licensing Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not utilize our software platform.

1. Licensing Terms & Software Usage

TressyPOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run our desktop application strictly to manage your physical salon business operations under the parameters of your active billing cycle:

• Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, modify, or redistribute our software core engine, AI models, or operational code without written permission from AsanWebs.
• Multiple Terminals: Your license allows software installations on standard hardware devices matching the branch limit defined within your purchase plan.

2. WhatsApp Automation & Acceptable Use Policy

The software features an automated WhatsApp messaging service linked to your device's web session. By configuring this utility, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Message Content Ownership: You are solely responsible for the context, images, and promotions dispatched to your clients.
• Anti-Spam Standards: You must comply with local telecommunication guidelines and Meta's Anti-Spam standards. Sending unsolicited marketing blasts to users who have opted out can result in temporary number blocks, for which TressyPOS is not responsible.

3. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Provision

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, AsanWebs and TressyPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special business losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of salon profits, client relationships, or scheduling errors.
• Loss of client databases or transactional history due to local hardware failures, corrupted hard drives, or network anomalies on your local system.
• Loss of business operations caused by third-party database nodes or host downtime.

TressyPOS is provided entirely on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

4. Ultimate Data Backup Responsibility

While TressyPOS integrates robust cloud synchronization protocols across secure database instances, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining secure manual data backups and auditing financial registers remains with you, the business owner.

5. Termination of License

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel your active subscription plan and software licensing tokens if we detect actions violating these terms, legal standards, or any attempts to distribute fake licenses or cracked versions of our engine.
